St. Paul’s Search Committee was formed in late September. The members of the Search Committee are:

After an initial meeting with Wardens Sam Daume and Betsy Brown, Interim Priest Bill Eddy, and George Fowlkes, the Search Committee started the process of getting to know each other better and elected a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. At the next meeting, the Search Committee’s Consultant, Whitney Burr, a retired priest from Chatham, provided an overview of the entire search process and discussed helpful guidelines for all committee members.

The Search Committee has developed a Parish Profile, which will ultimately be sent to the Episcopal Church Deployment Office in New York.

The Search Committee has spent significant time reviewing the results of the discernment process that St. Paul’s Church underwent earlier in the year. In addition, the Search Committee members have each completed Appreciative Interview Questionnaires and considered the Vestry responses to the same document in further discernment for putting together the Parish Profile.
